Organize and leads his team in alignment with the strategy EMEA Support to Sales All the projects involving a local solution Local Help Desk Warehousing & stock management Setting up a rigourous and efficient control and reporting operating system including Service contracts, Projects realization and on demand field interventions Put in place the necessary arrangements and procedures to deliver on the contract commitments to our customers Assure the targeted Customer satisfaction level according to the EMEA Survey Measure and proactively improve the productivity Assure the good skill level of his teams in agreement with the evolution of products and market Be the local leader for the all Italian employees, instill a positive culture and drive a positive culture of cooperation and performance Interesting and challenging opportunityImportant multinational companyManagement of large customer service teams in international & technical environment Experience within Hospital and /or Building Industry is a plus Good writen and spoken local & english languages Experience with software support and XaaS models Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers Good knowledge of contractual terms applicable within Public Tenders and Building Industry Be familiar with frequent travel program Our client designs, develops and delivers best-in-class automation solutions for forward-thinking health systems, warehouses and distribution centers.
